She was so cute. She was well behaved and sang her little heart out. She was on the top row because she was/is one of the tallest in her class. Some of the song they sang were common nursery songs. Others I had never heard before. There were some kids and were so funny, and making funny faces, and some would even comment on how bored they were....Hahaha. Here are a few pictures and a video from the performance. Baili in like in the top middle part of the picture.

Baili's Kindergarten Performance
Yesterday Baili's kindergarten music class did a performance to show all the parents what they have learned this year in music. It was so fun to see.

WICKED!
Last weekend my sister Sharon along with her two kids came for a visit. The reason for her visit you ask....to see WICKED of course. She got our tickets about 3 or 4 months ago. I was excited. What's more is that all of my family went in and paid for my ticket as an early birthday present for me. I couldn't have been more excited and thankful.
So we got all dressed and ready to go and headed to the INB performing arts center. Where I took a picture of the reader board outside. It was so exciting. Then we went in. We couldn't take pictures in the theatre, it was dark for one, and well it was like against the law or something crazy like that.
The show was AH...MAZING! I love live theatre, and I cannot believe the talent of some people. I was blown away by their voices, and the stage set, and the orchestra! It was just perfect, and so fun and great. I am so glad that I was able to go. It was well just wonderful!

Nancy got married
Even though most of you who read my blog are my sibs, I still thought that I would post some pictures from Nancy's wedding.
I did not have very many pictures but these ones I thought were fun. I like Shavonnes, it makes me laugh. And yes Jason really is licking Sharon, which is also not so surprising.
It was a super fun weekend, and Nancy and T-Bucket looked so happy.

SCORE!!!
So this year I really wanted the girls to play some kind of a sport. I got little handouts from Baili's school all the time about youth sports. So I decided to do Soccer. They were excited about it, and they loved playing. They made some great friends on their teams too. All of the parents were great too and super supportive. Each game one parent was in charge of bringing a after game snack. We would get to each game like 20 minutes early and the girls would practice. It was nice because they were on different teams, but their games were always scheduled really close to each other. I think the longest wait between games was like an hour. Which is not bad. We had lots of people come to the games to watch. Grandma Lula came for their first game, and we also had Aunt Sharon, Max, and Jayne come and cheer them on too. Below you will see Baili with her Coach Todd. He was great. He loved the girls and made soccer so much fun for her. There were 7 girls on Baili's team and 8 on Kristens. Kristen would push through the players and go for the ball, and Baili was more of a team player/leader. She would stop to help the other players up if they fell.
The video is funny because it is of Kristen scoring a goal, but not really. You will see what I mean when you watch it.

ART
So this quarter I took an ART class. It is a required class to take for my education major. I do not consider myself an artsy person, but I think for the most part I did pretty well on my projects. Each of my projects got better and the quarter went on. I thought that you would like to see what I have done. Tell me what you think of my work.
The pineapple one was my very first piece that I did. It was a still life. I did not like this type of art.
The monster is paper mache (I think that is how you spell it), I liked doing this one. It kind of reminds me to sponge bob, only green, and well not sponge bob. lol
I think the flower is my most favorite. I had a little tiny picture that I was looking and I drew this big version of it. It is a pastel piece. I love this one. I was pretty proud of myself when I finished it.
The pinch pot is also cool. I like the color. It sits in my living room now. It makes me happy.
The one with the goggle, baseball, and light bulb is cool to look at. I like this type of work too.
The one with the house and the mountains and trees...that is something that a 5th grader will get tested on how to draw. It is like some sort of state test for art that all kids have to take. It is crazy, half the stuff they have to know for this drawing I had no clue what it was. CRAZY!!!
Grover...what else do I have to say. He is great. I really like the children's book "the monster and the end of this book" we have to tear paper to make the characters from our favorite books. He is what I made. I just love him.
The painted tree is really like too. I did this on a canvas. I had to bring a silhouette and this tree is the one I brought, and then had to paint it. I think it is pretty. I plan to paint some more, but most likely not trees.
